Help please

I want to merge my two accounts, both of them is connected to my Facebook account, the first one is Premium trial) and the second in free service. How can I do it? and can I choose which username I use after merging? Can I still use Premium trial after merging? Thank you.

The easiest way to get your accounts merged is to get in touch via Facebook or Twitter at SpotifyCares and see if they can lend a hand.

You can also get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they can take a look under the hood.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if it's from no-reply!) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
