Help recover a lot account

Recently I re-downloaded my Spotify to find something. However upon logging in it withdrew a charge for premium and I was unaware. I have logged out of said Spotify. When logged in I remember viewing my account and it didn’t have a user name or wasn’t under a specific email I’ve tried everything I possibly can and they don’t seem to have a support hotline or anything. The only information I have is proof of withdrawal and I don’t know how or if I can recover the lost money or account for that matter to even make use of the premium. What do I do?
