Help with Premium Spotify account offered from spanish cellphone company Movistar.

Hi, I'm a proud user of spotify since it was first launched. I now have an unlimited account that expires next month. I recently (about a week ago) activated a special offer from my internet company (Spain Movistar) with a premium spotify account. I received an sms on my cellphone announcing that they had activated my premium account. The problem is that they told me that  I wouldn't be upgraded to premium untill my actual account expires on 2013-04-07. 

 

My question is, is there any way to change it directly to premium without having to wait until that date?

Hey 🙂 

 

The issue is, they need to upgrade your account on their system which is seperate from Spotify's billing system, meaning they can't make the transfer until your account reverts to Spotify free when you unlimited ends. 

 

If you would rather have it now, I would get in touch with the payments team using the online contact form and see if they can do anything for you.
