Help with friends' account

My friend (who is not on Spotify) needs help ending her daughters' premium subscription. She and her daughter are not on good terms right now, but before that happened, her daughter got ahold of my friends' credit card and signed up for premium. Since they're now not speaking, and her daughter is living with her dad, my friend wants to cancel the subscription. The credit card company said she has to talk to the merchant. She doesn't know any of her daughters log in information

We'd recommend asking your friend to reach out to one of our support channels. They should be able to find the account once your friend provides them with payment details.
