Help with logging in to premium account - can someone chase my case number up.

Hello

I have sent the Spotify help team a request for help. The case number is 00784447 which is an inactive account.

I have another account 1188439694 which is my premium account which I cannot access.

They have sent me a message back with a link to reset my inactive account password. However this does not sort my problem out.

Please can someone follow it up so I can resolve this issue.

If you have an email from support with instructions that don't fix your issue, just reply directly to that email message and your response will go to an advisor.

When I try to reply through gmail all I get is,
