Help with login details?!

Hi all, my friend has forgotten/lost both password and usernames-is there any way around this? When clicking on contact form it's directing us to log in-obviously we can't?

Any ideas would be much appreciated!!

If you friend can't access his e-mail as well then in this particular instance I would encourage him to reach out to support through the anonymous contact form. So long as he is entirely logged out of Spotify.com (alternatively, he can access the form through an incognito window/private browsing) the form will allow him to use an email of your choosing for correspondence. Please make sure that this is an email that is not compromised, and that he has access to it!

If he would prefer to not use the contact form, or require an alternative means of contact, he can always reach out to @SpotifyCares on twitter, or the Spotify Cares Facebook page.

Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
