Help?!

Hi I pay for Spotify premium monthly and now I want to cancel it but every time I go on my browser and follow my instructions on how to do it,it is saying that I do not pay for it so I can't cancel it? Can anyone help me? But it is taking payments

Hi @Sophie53 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

It could be possible that at some point a duplicate account has been made. Would it be OK for you to check through your subscription page for me? It will either show up as premium, in which case it'll show payment due dates, method of payment etc or as a free user where it will have the opposite. On that same page there should be a link called "would you like to cancel your subscription", which you can just work your way through.

 

I would suggest you check your email receipt from Spotify (the one you received upon your last payment of premium) and then make sure you're signing in to the account with that username on that receipt (If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.)

 

This should make it easier to narrow down which account is the right account and which account is being charged.
