Why are y'all still taken money out my bank account and I have a free subscription I can't play off line I can only skips so many times can someone answer my question I have two accounts and both said free I use Spotify through Facebook on both of my account this is the third time I will be taken this up with my bank and they will pursue y'all as fraud ASAP because no body can't help me y'all tell me to do this do that and nothing is helping me solved my problems
