Hello, I'm having trouble logging into my account. I've tried in many occasions to rest the password but it doesn't send a link. The email and username is correct but it still won't send. Can anyone help. I do have another account but that one is free. The one that I can't get into is the premium account. If I can transfer my music from the free account to the premium that would be great. Can some one help me do that?

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong one. If your account was created through Facebook, try logging with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't, try logging in with your username and password. Make sure that you're not entering the full email address in the username box. We recommend you try both methods so that you can check which one is Premium.
