Hesap yükseltim hatası

Merhabalar,

Dün öğrenci premium hesabı satın aldım, Öğrenci belgem doğrulandı maili almama rağmen hesabım halen free account olarak gözükmekte. Ayrıca denemek amacı ile bir daha kart bilgilerimi girdim 2 kere hesabıma 6,99tl bloke koydu.

Konu ile ilgili yardımlarınızı bekliyorum .
