Hi I want to know why I was charged twice in the one month.

Hi I want to know why I was charged twice in the one month.

i want to know why I was charged twice in one month, on the 20th of January and then again today. 

Can you please tell me how to rectify this situation. 

I don’t want to be overcharged, I feel like I have to keep a very close eye on when my Spotify is renewing. This shouldn’t be something that I have to monitor. You should have a proper billing system that takes it out at the correct time.
