That sounds not nice.

First of all, i suggest you to change your password.through the password reset page.

After this go to your account page and click on 'Sign Out Everywhere'.

After this your ex-friend shouldn't be able anymore to use your account. ^^

Hi! I don't know if it works, but you can try to go to your account settings through the Spotify site and in the section "Account overwiev" search for the button "sign out everywhere" and then change the password.
I think this is a quick solution. Let me know! 🙂
