Highly irrelevant and Spanish advertisements

Hi,

I live in the US, don't speak Spanish, but have been receiving Spanish ads lately. The only English ad I get is the same Geico ad that keeps getting back non stop for the past 2 months. I'd actually like to listen to others, maybe even buy what they're suggesting, if the ad is relevant. And if I click the ad,  thatwould mean money for you guys right?

My wife (who lives with me), is not facing this problem. I switched to a new computer recently as well, signed out of spotify, but no change. It seems to be tied to my account. I rarely listen to Spanish music.

Can anything be done at all?

Do you use any type of VPN? Have you been to any sites on your browser that relate to being spanish? Ad's are sometimes very intrusive and use specific files to deliever ads.

I don't use any VPN, but I do recall visiting several travel websites/pages for our Mexico trip last month. I wonder if that's it. And if so, I wonder if there's any way out.

I hear advertisments for Home Depot, Latino Sitcoms, because I listened to some spanish metal one day.  I don't understand or what spanish ads.
