Hi somebody uses my premium account. I have tried to log out all devices and changed my password. It's still used by somebody else. I e-mailed the support about a week ago without getting any answers. This is driving me nuts.

it is important in this case that you contact them this way. If you have contacted them as I suggested already in the above way please let me know.
