hola tengo un plan Premium pero no se porque le cancelan la cuenta a uno de los integrantes siempre, he probado varias veces con varias cuentas en el

mismo movil pero siempre se la

cieran? Que puedo hacer..

Do they have any trouble joining the plan using an incognito window? What about with a different device?

If so, ask them to reach out to us here with their account info so we can take a closer look.
