Holiday Deal Not Applied

Over the holidays of 2015, they ads I listened to said that I could get three months of Spotify premium for the price of a single month.  So I signed up before the end of December just like the add said.  I just receive an e-mail that I've been charged for another month of premium at that my premium expires in February now that I've been charged for that second month.  I should have had premium for my first payment until mid-March.  

What's the deal?

I have tried out a month beforehand, but I was a free account at the time I had purchased the premium in December.

If you've ever had a free/discounted trial, unfortunately, that makes you ineligible for future free/discounted trial offers. They only offer it for your first time using premium.

Same applies for previous premium customers that are returning.
