I recently signed up for premium (literally 30 minutes ago), expecting to get the $.99 for 3 months deal. Instead I was charged the full $30.00 for 3 months. I have never had premium, either on trial or paid, and am very disgruntled. I need to know if there is any way I can be paid back the money I lost. I have included a screenshot of my payment history as proof that I not only bought premium before December 31, but that I also have never paid for spotify before. I hasty response would be greatly appreciated.
