Hoping Someone can help a newbie

I was trying to sign up for the $0.99 3 month trial this morning.  When I git through the sign up and put my credit card in , it charged me 9.99 and i am now signed up for the premium service.  i only wanted to try it for the 0.99.  How can I get my money back?  I emailed support but no response yet.  ANyone know anything?

From what I can see, it looks like the promotion is still ongoing, so that's probably not the issue. What could be though, is if you've ever paid for premium or used any promotion or trial in the past you are ineligable for the promotion. If you've ever had premium in any form, you don't qualify. If you know you've never had any form of premium, then contacting support would be your best bet.
