I'm an Artist and My Artist Profile is Verifed but Is There away to Verify My User Page so If fans see a User Page That has my Picture as there Profile Pic and Name i would want them to be Following the Correct Person so Verification Would Be Nice.

When you need stuff done for your artistic account, it's best you visit our special help center for artists here. The folks there will be willing to help you out and provide you with the right info.
