How can I change my username as a premium member

Hi there, 

I'm a premium member with a subscription through my mobile phone company, and I need to change my username.  I've seen a reply to another post that you can create a new account and have playlists transferred, but how does this work with the paid subscription?

Would be very grateful for any help - please make it as simple to understand as possible because I'm easily confused! 😉

Hey @ali_mcawesome,

Spotify Support can transfer all your playlists over to the new account but they cannot move an active subscription over to the new account which means that you need to re-subscribe to Premium on the new account :).
