How can I get my disabled account back?

My Question or Issue

I tried to open my Spotify account but was told it got disabled. I figured it could be because I was late to updating my credit card information but I never got a notification telling me when I had to update it by. I just want to know how I can get my account back. It's connected to my Facebook account so I know that it's still active.
