How can I see the account IDs or emails on my family plan

I can see the username by accessing plans on my family account, but I'm logged into Spotify on my Tesla and I have no way of seeing the account ID or email used for that account.

I need the account ID or email so I can reset the password.

Could it be the email address of the Tesla account that is linked to the car?
