In this case I'd recommend you to contact support directly using this anonymous contact form.

With this contact form you can reach them without access to your Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
