How can I stop auto connection of somebody’s Airdot to premium account?

I have a premium account, however I am logged in with mobile number only.
First question- Is it possible to convert that to an account which has password?
2nd - If not, how can I restrict someone’s device (Airdot) permanently so that it doesn’t get auto connected.

Thanks for reaching out. I'll try to clear things up. Regarding your first question, I'd recommend following these steps to add an email + password login to your account:

1. Log in to your account page with your phone number.
2. Click EDIT PROFILE and add an email address to your account.
3. Use your email address to create a password.

Regarding the unrecognised device automatically connecting to your account, is it possible that you left your account logged in on someone else’s device? If so, I'd recommend asking its owner to log out of your account. You can also sign out everywhere on your account page.
