How can I unlock my Facebook account from spotify?

Two months ago I was in Florida on vacation and decided to log in to spotify with my Facebook account but now that I'm in my hometown I can't log in with Facebook because it tells me I can only use spotify abroad for 14 days... Is there any way I can unlink both accounts and log in again?

Yeah, already tried signing up with my email and then link it to my Facebook account and changed my country but it keeps telling me that I can't use spotify abroad
