How can I update my credit card on my premium account ?

How can I update my credit card on my premium account ?

I followed the instruction on the site on how to update my credit card but I must be doing something wrong, or missing something.  I click update and nothing comes up for me to be able to change it. I feel frustrated not being able to figure out something that should be simple .   I would appreciate any help I can get.

Hello,
Payment methods vary depending on your country and what type of subscription you’re looking to enroll in. To see a list of the different methods available to you, check out your subscription page. To read more, you can check out this FAQ page.
Please note that for discounted offers like the student discount or Spotify Family, only debit/credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Other options like gift cards, etc., are not available for these plans.

I am in the U.S and I have the monthly no ad membership. I think it's $9.99 a
month plus tax. I am not a student. I had to update my card and I went
under subscriptions and where it shows my credit card, I hit the update
button and nothing happens. So I feel stuck.

I'd recommend clearing browser cache or change to other browser.

Please let me know if works.

Sorry to be difficult, but it didn't work. I do appreciate the advice ! I
don't know what to try next. If I cancel it and then repurchase it, will I
loose all my play lists?

@Tfleck If needed, I can pass your case to the right team, and see whether they can give some recommendations.
Of course, if you cacnel Spotify Premium, your can still keep all your playlists.

If it doens't work, could you send a screenshot of any error messages?

I logged in under a incognito status and I still couldn't get it to let me
change my credit card info. I don't get any error messages so I have
nothing I could screenshot & send you. Do you think I am doing something
incorrectly?

Since you don't get an error message and the process won't continue, let's try troubleshooting the device and internet connection.

Do you have a different device to use?
If that doesn't help, please try a different internet connection (e.g. cellular data) if possible. You can also try restarting the internet router and disabling any firewall or antivirus that could be interfering.

I have tried it on my tablet, my computer and my cell phone. I don't think
anything is wrong with the internet because no one else at home is having
trouble with the our connection. Maybe it would just be easier to cancel
my membership and then sign up again.

I'm sorry to hear it's still not working! As you've tried all the suggested tips, I'd recommend reaching out to Support now. They'll be able to help more backstage!

I have the same problem. My credit card changed so I should update my account.  I've already tried it in a other browser but didn't work. I can't change the number. 

Thanks for letting me know you've already tried in a different browser. I'd recommend also trying from a different device, and making sure you're not using a VPN. If you've already tried these tips as recommended earlier in the thread and they're not working, Support should be able to help. Don't worry, just give them a shout one of these ways:
