How can one figure who they originally subscribed through?

I invited my daughter to premium family...she said she "accepted," but it has not gone through. She did it twice. I suppose she must have not signed up through Spotify originally (she has premium.) how does she figure out where she signed up and also will her accepting before cancelling cause a problem? Will she lose her lists when she cancels her premium (assuming she figures out who it is with)?
I'm feeling frustrated & ready to cancel family membership, if I can't get this figured out.

I can't, but I will see if she can, when she returns from work. We are concerned if she cancels it from whomever, she will lose her music.

Saved or followed songs, albums and artist still remains if she reverts to a Spotify Free account.

She will have to redownload/resync all her offline content if she has that.
