How do I cancel my subscription..?

It really shouldn't be this confusing, I'm much less likely to come back to this service. When I go to account and subscription and payments all it says is:

"Your Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed on 2015-03-25 and charged $12.99 + Sales tax, UNLESS you cancel your subscription before that time."  and when I click the "update detail" button.... nothing happens? So is my subscirption canceled? I thought I did it from my mobile device, but now I'm not so sure. Someone please help...

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.


To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Hi Please I really need your help. I´ve tried cancell my subscription following the intructions and links but nothing works... web site says "upss, something failed, please try later".... HELP!!!

Today THE GREAT Spotify´s Support Team (support@spotify.com) e-mailed me the notices regard the cancelation of my account and clarified some queries related to.  Much appreciated!!

A suggestion to them: To review and fix/develop the solution into the web site for people whom share this issue will increase even more the confidence of the public respect to Spotify anytime!

Special Thanks to  Jason (Moderator) and Jordi (Community Mailer) for their interest and efforts chasing these issues to a solution thru this way.

That's not sounding cool.

 

This sounds like something for our Accounts team to take a look at. Could you reach over to them at https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/? They'll take a look behind the scenes for you.

 

If you receive an automated reply, get back to it and this will make sure your email gets through to the correct team. Also, if you post your 8 digit case # here, we'll make sure the right team get onto this for you too.

 

I hope this helps out.

 

Even when you do cancel you still get charged by them so you might aswell keep it

Unfortunatelly your link says "Error 404...." and it doesn't work. Please your help is very much appreciated!!! Something important: I have a LG G3 not an Apple product... 😞
My user is gize1975 please let me know if spotify's accounts can cancel my subscrption directly. Time is running and this issue continues without solution... 😞
