How do I change my Paypal infos

How do I change my Paypal infos? There should be a button but there is none. I want to change the information because I want to help my brother but it allways tries to login into my information and I cant change it.

Seemed to work after using the incognito mode but changing the browser or deleting the cookies was working too.  Was just too mad to  do some obv stuff before complaining... xd
