I bought Premium a year ago and had a Spotify account not linked to FB, which I loved.
After a lapse of three months, have just renewed it, this time via monthly DD but instead of connecting to my existing account, it has made a new one connected to Facebook (which I don't want).
This means that all the music in the old account with my music and devices on - unconnected to FB - is not showing that I have premium.
So I can't re-activate offline use of my music on my laptop or my phone.
How do I therefore:
- stop the FB premium account which I don't want
- and re-start premium on the old account where my music and devices are?

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
