How do I delete Recently Player Artists?

I setup Spotify with my Amazon Echo not thinking about other people playing random songs through it and them showing up on my Recently Played Artists. How can I clear this or delete certain artists from the list?

Hey @scottsouder! Welcome to the Spotify Community. ^^

Unfortunately, you can't clear your 'Recently Played Artists'.

You will just need to listen to other artists that you like and the list will be cleared by itself. ^^

I’m the same! I accidentally click on songs that I don’t want to listen to and they appear on my recently played  I really think you should bring back being able to delete songs and artists from recently deleted.

I'm just jumping in here to confirm that the Recently Played history cannot be deleted. The more you continue listening to music, the more it will begin to reflect your taste.
