In this type of situation, you can cancel any active subscriptions through the check subscription status link. If you could, post back here what it says.
If it says "Premium" or "Unlimited" and has an expiration date in the future, you'll want to cancel the subscription right away to avoid getting charged again.
If it says "Free" or has an expiration date in the past, then there's nothing left for you do to...just log back in again if you ever want to use the service in the future.
