How do I get a refund back on my money?

Hello my name is vanessa and I wanted to make a huge complaint to you. I want a refund & I want my money back! You guys charged me two times this month. Which it only had to be once this month since I had the free trial. And not only that I canceled my subscription about a week before it ended and you guys still had audacity to charge me two times to my debit card. And now because of that situation I'm in negative $88 dollars with my account. I want my money back. And another problem im having with you guys as well, even tho I was trying out the free trial it didn't even end up working! It kept freezing and stopping 95% of the time. So I basically only used my Spotify trial 3 times out of that whole month. That's so unfair. And then I get charged? For what, for something that doesn't even work at all. Please do me the favor of refunding me back both the payments you guys took out of my accout. I would really appreciate it. Thank you. Can someone please help me!

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Spotify is stealing from me. Same thing happened to me. And tried to get help and it just loops around the main page to contact form then all over again. Charge me for 5-6 months well since apple music came. Im based in hk and nowhere to get help. So frustating . No really way to cancel now.

Can you try using the contact form in an incognito window or a different browser? The contact form should work.

I'd like to get my money back on my card how do I do that of there's no one to talk to?
