How do I get in contact with spotify

Why is it made as hard as possible to contact spotify. I just want to call or mail to some kind of customer care department of spotify in the Netherlands regarding my spotify premium account. Does anyone know how to.....

This contact form doesn't work.  It literally goes to a blank wall!  I have been paying for Family for a year and they take my money but I don't have the family services!  There is no way to contact them and I am really pissed!!
