How do I get my home screen to update

When I open the app the top six recently played playlists/albums hasn’t updated. This is the same for my jump back in.
It started when I linked my amazon Alexa and now only updated when I play songs off of there. I have since delinked my Alexa several times, did a clean wipe of spotify (cleared the cache, offloaded the app then deleted, restarted my phone etc), logged out and logged back in again and nothing has changed

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. Can you let me know which device this is happening on? Also, just to make sure I understood correctly, your Home screen updates when using Alexa but not other devices? If so, can you let me know which devices?
