I'm on the 7 day trial. Does that mean I have to pay after the 7 days are over because I just wanted free music.

The 7 day trial is abosultey free. You will not be charged when it is over.

To double check, you can view the subscription page by singing in here:

It will tell you the status of your account.

After the trial is over, you will still be able to listen to music for free with ads. On mobile device, you will have to shuffle play.
