How do I log ALL of my devices off my account

Alright I already know how to log out all of my offline accounts but how to I log out ALL devices because I can't log out this random person adding and changing random junk on my account and booting me off my own music. When I look at devices it's under "Web Player (Chrome)" and I can't log it out because its always f**king online. Please help, I'd seriously appreciate it.
