How do I recover my Spotify account?

I used to have a Spotify account that I closed after an issue with a charge back caused by contesting dome unauthorized charges on my debit card linked for payment on the account. I filled out a request to recover the account to Spotify, but anytime I try to access my account details the pages are blank and say "too many redirects", though my Facebook profile pic does show up from the link. I tried putting the associated email and username under the change password button, but it says they are not associated with an active Spotify account. I just want my original Spotify account that I had closed which was linked to my Facebook. I do not want to have to open a new account that is not linked to my Facebook even though recovering my playlists is not a priority, I do not want to lose my Identity (username and Facebook profile) associated with my original Spotify account that I closed and I want to update my payment method. Any recommendations? Please and thank you for any help.

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Facebook Page SpotifyCares or their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares.

If you use the online contact form instead of Facebook or Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
