How do I redeem my giftcard?

Today I bought a giftcard for €30 went to my account to redeem it. Where did the giftcard redeem option go? Suddenly I can only choose from creditcard, paypal, ideal or paysafe card. Since paysafecard sounded like the second best option I clicked on that but this option won't load. So people please help.me out here! This is frustrating the **bleep** out of me. Payrd for it so I want to use it NOW!! TIA
