How do I remove my Credit Card Information off Spotify?

If I go to account details and payment options it just shows the card, no option to remove it, I am not subscribed to anything and I don't want my Credit Card Information on there.

i Have exactly the same question and even worst my situation because i dont see my credit card information and before i had a debit card where the payment was proccesed every month and now i tried to change the info and i`ve got charged twice!! in the debit and the credit card and i dont even know which one is registered now!
