How do I view my account history and activate my subscription?

Hello,

 

I'm on the French version, I subscribed to the premium service and yet the offer is still available to me. I can't access the history even though I have a "premium" subscription.
Here is a screenshot.

How do I do it?

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Additionally, let me know what plan you're on through your account page
