How do completly cancel my account?

Hi, After reviewing 7 different streaming providers I picked spotify.  I thought I would sign up for spotify to have on my phone and I was looking to go premium but unfortunately spotify forces me to load the Facebook app which I don't want loaded because it tracks too much.  I tried setting up the bogus account but it would then load facebook into the android startup and I really don't want that loaded or running.  Since I can't use spotify without that annoying piece of facebook software tagged running on my android platform I would like to completly cancel my account and I'm trying to figure out how to do that.  Thank you for any help.
