How do i update my email on a free account

My Question or Issue

I have a free account and I cant find anywhere to update my email address linked to the account.  I have disconnected the facebook account and still dont have the option to change the email address.  My last resort is to close my account and start a new one but can i save playlists first?

If you have tried the options suggested on this help page with no luck, i suggest you turn to the second option you mentioned which is to create a new account.
