How do you create an Artist profile?

Hi,

I am a new artist with my Music recorded but no uploaded yet. I downloaded the Spotify For Artists application on my phone in hopes of creating an Artist page but it keeps asking  me to claim my page but I don't even have one??

When I type my Stage name, others pop up with the same name and I can't claim someone elses, please help. I've been trying to do this for the poast two weeks.

Your artist page will automatically get created when your label/distributor has delivered your music to Spotify.

Thank you for the help. What if it gets attached to another artists page who has the same name as me? Will I be able to sperate myself and then verify my page via my Instagram profle?

Spotify’s working to make it easier for you to report problems with your music. For now, you’ll need to reach out to your distributor or aggregator and they’ll work with the Spotify team to make sure your profile gets fixed.

I don't see any connection between your Instagram profile and your artist page.
