How do you get a reply back from Spotify Artist Support?

How do you get a reply back from Spotify Artist Support? I have emailed a couple times and there isn't even a receipt that I sent in a request. What is the easiest way to get a hold of someone?

It can take some time to hear back from that team 🙂 When did you email them?

I first contacted them about 2 1/2 weeks ago and then when I didn't hear back, I contacted them again about 4 days ago and still nothing. I thought it would at least send a receipt or something so I don't send in multiple requests. Thanks for the heads up though!
