Can you elaborate on your question please? When you get a new phone and sign in to the Spotify app, all of your playlists will be on your account.

Oncey installed the app and logged in with your previous account, all the original data and playlists should be right there.

If you have any problem with the issue, you can contact Spotify help for more information.
