How do you redeem an ecertificate gift card?

My Question or Issue

I have an ecertificate gift card.  It has an ecertificate code and a PIN with a QR code that is the ecertificate code.  When I go to spotify.com/redeem, it wants a "premium code" and a postal code, neither of which are related to the gift card I have.

Does your gift card have a PIN on it? If it does, then that's the number you put in. 

The postal code is just where you are. So, if you're in one of the places in California, you would put (90210) for the ZIP code.
