How do you unsubscribe from Spotify emails?

I have unchecked all of the boxes that ask to email me, and I have checked the box to "disable all email notifications." Why am I still receiving emails for 9 music suggestions? How do I make it stop?

The only way to recieve e-mails is checking the boxes.  Maybe you forgot some of them somewhere..

well as @Morgadon already mentioned you won't get e-mails when you uncheck/check all the boxes ;). Can you please tell us if you'll recieve any e-mails afterwards? If so please answer so i'll explain this furthermore 😉

I received a new email for 8 music suggestions on November 21st.

This is really really weird.. If i was you i would contact the spotify support... good luck!

I would suggest getting in touch as above. Sometimes the system creates a duplicate ghost account which has notifications turned on that you can't access to shut it off. The support team should be able to clean it up for you.
