How how to get a presale code for a concert

Trying to buy ticket for avenged 7 and I did not get a presale code.

Such emails are sent to listeners who data shows are the Spotify artist’s top fans and/or anyone who follows the artist on Spotify.

You can go to your account page's notification settings to make sure you get Spotify News and Offers. You can also make sure that Spotify has your correct email address.

If you haven't received an email with a pre-sale code, I'm afraid you're not eligible for this one.
