I e-mail Spotify a few days ago, I really need this sorted soon, anyone know how long it usually takes for them to respond?
They aim to reply within 48 hours. Did you get an automated response and reply to it?
I got an automated response, but it was just telling me what I had told them and no mention of needing to reply?
